SHIPPING POLICY

Freight, packaging, and forwarding will be charged as actual.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is advised that our delivery time for orders is typically between 10 to 15 working days from the date of order posting.

At the time of manufacturing, if any complication arises, some extra time will be required. The same will be indicated through WhatsApp/Email.

We ensure the highest standard of packaging. At Airex we keep upgrading our packaging standards/ methods from time to time to ensure our product reaches safely to the customer. In case of any damage happens/occurred whatsoever, the customer is liable to take claims from the insurance company only.
